Adriano graduated in Architecture from the University of Florence and brings over 25 years of experience specialising in the restoration of period buildings.
Born and raised in Galatina, his deep love for his hometown has inspired him to dedicate much of his career to restoring many of its historic buildings. Adriano has led numerous high-end residential restoration projects in Galatina’s historic centre, where his intimate knowledge of local history and architecture plays a central role.
His expertise is a cornerstone of Simply Puglia’s work in this remarkable city, ensuring that each project is both authentic and architecturally respectful.
Adele is our in-house real estate experts, managing a diverse portfolio across Salento—from Lecce to the southern coast of Otranto. As a key partner at Simply Puglia, her deep local knowledge and years of experience help clients find the right property at the right price. Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, she offers seamless communication and expert support throughout the buying process.

A British architect with a lifelong passion for all things Italian, Manjit’s connection to Italy began when he studied Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano.
Manjit Dhillon Managing DirectorWith over 25 years of international experience, he has worked across a wide range of architectural sectors—from large-scale projects such as the interior design of international airports (including the new design for Rome Fiumicino), to high-end hospitality, cruise ship interiors, and five-star hotels.
Fluent in Italian and speaking four languages, Manjit now collaborates with a team of Italian architects between London and Lecce. Together, they specialise in high-end residential design, historic restorations, and the construction of new homes throughout Puglia.
