MANJIT DHILLON - Architect
A British Architect with a passion for all things Italian. His love affair with Italy began when he went to University to study Architecture at Politecnico di Milano.
Manjit has worked in a variety of architectural sectors, from large-scale projects such as the Interior design of International airports, (including the new design for Rome Fiumicino), high-level Hospitality, Cruise ship Interior’s, to 5-star Hotels.
Manjit is fluent in Italian and speaks four languages, having worked Internationally for over 25 years, he now works with a team of Italian architects between London and Lecce specialising in high-end residential design, restoration and the building of new houses in Puglia.
ADRIANO MARGIOTTA - Architect
Adriano graduated in Architecture from the University of Florence and has over 25 years specialising in the restoration of period buildings. Adriano was born and bred in Galatina, his love and passion for his city, has led him to restore many of the town’s period buildings.
Adriano has worked on several high-level residential restoration projects in Galatina’s historical centre. His profound knowledge of local history and Architecture is a key component of Simply Puglia’s approach to projects in this magnificent city.
LUCA SFORZA - Architect / Engineer
Luca graduated from the University of Firenze with a degree in Architecture and has over 20 years of experience in the restoration and design of residential buildings. As our senior Architect, Luca’s main responsibilities are to create design concepts, space plans, liaise with clients and ensure the final design is aligned with our clients vision.
CATERINA TRENTO - Real estate expert
Caterina is one of our in-house Real estate experts. She is a fully qualified estate agent, with a vast portfolio of properties in the Salento area. Caterina covers all of Puglia, from Lecce, Galatina, Nardo, to the south of Otranto. Caterina is an important partner of Simply Puglia, her long experience, and knowledge of the local real estate market is an important element in finding the right property for the right price.
